Montagnana Youth Hostel
The Città Murata Hostel is a modern building of the medieval city walls and the “Rocca degli Alberi”, a stronghold built by Francesco The Elder Da Carrara between 1360 and 1362.
Guests can stay overnight in rooms or in apartments, but there are also places for camper or tents under the shade of trees in the garden.
Montagnana, precious medieval pearl, is also the ideal base for exploring routes to cities such as Padua, Verona, Vicenza, Ferrara, Venice and Mantova as well as for pleasant excursions in the territory of the Colli Euganei, Berici and Lessini.
The city is also the scene of food events and medieval shows such as the Festival of the Berico-Euganean Veneto Prosciutto, on the 3rd and 4th weekend of May, and the Palio of the 10 municipalities of the Montagnana area, on the 1st weekend of September.
